It’s a leading IT company specializing in access management, booking systems, cost recovery, desktop management utilities, greener computing and track and control solutions. They have a various partnership that guarantees only high caliber software and hardware solutions ensuring that customers’ expectations are met. Such products include PaperCut, PrintAlerts, and Umango.

The company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales to join the sales team in Dusseldorf. As an Internal Sales, you will support the Partner Manager in helping our resellers to be more successful in selling the software products in the portfolio of the company. You will be responsible for the sales activities together with 2 colleagues with one partner manager based in Germany and the other partner manager based in the UK. Your contact will be mostly with printing hardware resellers to try and convince them to also sell additional software.

About the position:

  • You will travel across Germany
  • Answering incoming queries
  • Cold calling potential resellers and calling existing resellers to book appointments
  • Performing software demonstrations to resellers and end-users
  • Sending out promotional literature, letters and emails
  • Generation quotations and checking pricing when requested
  • To achieve monthly sales targets
  • To assist the Marketing Department with content and target audience for direct mail campaigns
  • Updating internal systems such as the company CRM and query management system
  • Longer term training resellers alone after full training has been provided

A successful person in this role:

  • Fluent German and English
  • Driving license is essential
  • Experience in a sales role, minimum of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to deliver high quality customer service
  • Experience in IT sales is a benefit
  • Work under pressure and be flexible due to the nature of this job role
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
