A software company within CyberSecurity are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative Team Lead. As a hands-on Sales Development Team Lead you will be responsible for leading from the front.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Strategize with Sales on which companies to target, find the relevant contacts within those companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Run regular sales training and coaching sessions with the SDR’s? You will create, iterate and innovate sales scripts and strategies that help your SDR’s set appointments.?
Qualify prospects and set up meetings for sales?.
Working towards a monthly sales target and you help your team achieving their target as well.?
Conduct call mentoring sessions with each member of the SDR team, responsible for team’s annual performance review.?
Report your team’s metrics every month.
2+ years inbound sales experience and/or 2+ years of cold calling
Demonstrate the ability to critically think and adapt to what customer is saying.
Coachable and open to feedback?
Strong understanding/desire to understand the cybersecurity industry
SAAS background /cybersecurity background strongly preferred
